Pricing, Earnings, and Payouts
Production pricing
Each shoe has a production price, referred to as the base price within Zellerfeld Studio.
This represents the cost to manufacture one pair of your shoes.
The production price is automatically calculated based on material usage and print time.
As we improve materials, reliability, and print efficiency, production prices will come down.
Profit split calculation
Zellerfeld operates a 60/40 profit split in favor of the Creator.
Example:
Retail price: $189
Production price: $65
Profit: $124
Creator earnings (60%): $74.40
Zellerfeld share (40%): $49.60
Profit is calculated per pair after production costs.
Taxes are included in the production price for orders placed within the EU and USA.
Earnings and Payouts
Earnings begin after your first successful sale.
Revenue is recognized once the pair is produced and fulfilled.
Creators are currently paid out on demand and by request.
Retail pricing
Each product has a minimum retail price, also known as the floor price.
Floor prices are set to ensure reliable profitability for creators on every sale and to keep production sustainable.
CURRENT RETAIL MINIMUMS:
- Sneakers: $189
- Boots: $219
- Slides: $119
- Barefoot: $139
Floor prices are reviewed periodically and may change as the platform evolves.
