What is the status of my order?
You can easily track the progress of your order at every step. Here’s how it works:
1. Estimated Delivery Time
All of our shoes are custom made specifically for you. We do not keep any shoes in stock.
For this reason, the planned delivery time is shown directly on the product page and is confirmed again in your order confirmation email. This gives you a clear expectation of when your shoes will arrive.
2. Order Progress Updates by Email
As your order moves through our production process, we will keep you informed via email:
Order handed over to our production farm: once your design is transferred to our printing facility
Print started: when the printing of your shoes begins
Print completed: when the printing process is finished
3. Quality Assessment & Shipping
After printing, your shoes go through our quality assessment to ensure everything meets our standards.
Once this step is completed, your order is shipped.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your shoes are on their way, you will receive a tracking link from our shipping partner so you can follow the delivery in real time.
