What to know about our limited Product Raffle?

Overview

For some highly limited releases, we use a raffle system to give everyone a fair chance to purchase.
We run these raffles together with our trusted partner EQL, who manages the secure and fair raffle process.
Below you’ll find the most important things to know before and after entering.

How Does the Raffle Work?

  • Enter the raffle during the open sign-up period.

  • All entries are collected and securely processed by EQL once the raffle closes.

  • Winners are selected at random. Every valid entry has the same chance.

  • If you win, your payment method will be charged and your order is confirmed.

When Will I Be Notified?

  • After the raffle closes, EQL completes the draw and sends out notifications.

  • You’ll receive an email whether you win or not.

  • In most cases, notifications are sent within a few hours up to 24 hours after the raffle ends.

Did I win?

  • We inform you with a winner - email after the raffle closes.

  • After the raffle ends, the status in your account will still be "confirmed". This only refers to your registration and is not confirmation that you have won the raffle.

Why Was My Payment Not Processed?

When you enter the raffle, your card is pre-authorized, not charged right away.
The charge is only completed if you win.
A payment may fail if:

  • Your bank blocks the authorization

  • Your card has expired or lacks funds

  • Your bank restricts international or online transactions

Tip: Use a card that supports international/online payments to avoid issues.

Can I Change or Cancel My Entry?

You cannot edit the details of your entry after submitting it.
However, you can cancel your entry if you decide not to participate:

  • Simply click the Cancel Entry button in your raffle confirmation email.

  • After the raffle draw is complete, cancellations are no longer possible, and if you are selected, your payment will be charged.

This allows flexibility while still keeping the raffle fair for everyone.

How Do You Ensure Fairness?

Fairness is handled by our raffle partner EQL, who uses:

  • Secure entry validation

  • Automatic duplicate-entry detection

  • Randomized selection with no manual influence

  • Transparent and audited processing

Every valid participant gets the same fair chance.

Can I use a voucher code for the Raffle?

It is possible, but if you do not win the raffle, there is no automatic refund, so we would advise against redeeming a promo code or gift voucher for a raffle.
