How Can I Access My Zellerfeld Account and Find My Orders?

You can find your orders easily by logging in to their Zellerfeld account. You can find information such as the Order Number, purchase date, shipping/billing address, and package tracking information. 

Here are some steps you can follow to access your Zellerfeld account and find your orders: 

  1. Access https://www.zellerfeld.com/ 
  2. Locate the "Account" tab on the upper right corner of the site

3. You will be prompted to log in here with your email address.
If you don't have an account yet (e.g., because you made a purchase as a guest), click “Sign Up” to create an account.

4 .After logging in, you will be redirected to the “Orders” page. There, you can view the details of an order by clicking on the respective order.

 

Please note:

  1. Orders made on partner websites/stores (ex. APTHCRY, Syntilay, etc.) are currently not linked to your Zellerfeld account. Please contact the partner stores' support teams for concerns or claims. 
  2. Raffle entries will only be visible when the raffle is live and if you have a winning/selected entry (after the raffle period). Non-winning entries will be cancelled and removed. Non-winners will not be charged.
