Where Can I Find My Orders?

You can find their orders easily by logging in to their Zellerfeld account. You can find information such as the Order Number, purchase date, shipping/billing address, and package tracking information. 

Here are some steps you can follow to access your Zellerfeld account and find your orders: 

  1. Access https://www.zellerfeld.com/ 
  2. Locate the "Account" tab on the upper right corner of the site

3. You will be prompted to choose 2 login options - via email address or Shop Account

4. You will be brought to your Orders page after login and view an order's specific information, you can select "View order"

Please note:

  1. Orders made on partner websites/stores (ex. APTHCRY, Syntilay, etc.) are currently not linked to your Zellerfeld account. Please contact the partner stores' support teams for concerns or claims. 
  2. Raffle entries will only be visible when the raffle is live and if you have a winning/selected entry (after the raffle period). Non-winning entries will be cancelled and removed. Non-winners will not be charged.
