Mesh Upload
Before analyzing your shoe design, we need to read the 3D files you uploaded. This step downloads your files and prepares them for all the checks that follow.
If this step fails, no other checks will run. Here's what can go wrong:
- Corrupted or unreadable file — one or more of your STL files could not be opened. The problem file is attached so you can inspect it. Re-export it from your 3D software and upload again.
- Duplicate files — two of your uploaded files contain identical geometry. This usually means the same file was uploaded twice under different names. Check which files look the same and replace them with the correct ones.
FEEDBACK STLs
When a problem is detected, we attach the affected 3D files so you can open them in your 3D software and see exactly what went wrong:
- Invalid STL — the file that failed to load is attached. We recover as much geometry as possible so you can see its current state, even if it is not fully readable.
- Duplicate meshes — both copies of the duplicated geometry are attached side by side so you can confirm which one needs to be replaced.
