Printability (mandatory)

They look at the fundamental properties that our printing process requires — from the overall geometry and structure of the file, to how well the shoe fits around the last.

  • Watertight*
  • Collar Surfaces*
  • Fit*
  • ZellerMesh Surfaces
  • Self Intersection
  • Overhangs
  • Shoe Thickness
  • Shoe Height

checks marked with "*" will interrupt the validation process when failed,  as further analysis would not be meaningful until the underlying issue is resolved.

 

Functionality (recommended)

They look at key dimensions and proportions — such as collar height, ankle clearance, and sole thickness — and compare them against the expected values for your shoe type.
